Graduate Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a Graduate Fullstack Developer to help build and maintain the core front-end of the mobile platform, integrating with our backend team to offer an optimised and secure platform as well as with our UI/UX Design team to create an aesthetic application with native features to elevate the user experience.

Successful candidates will work alongside all teams to create a cohesive and coherent product and help create and progress the software in a creative environment.

Location: London (remote/office hybrid)

Requirements for the role of Graduate Frontend Developer:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (We accept applications from talented candidates from any degree discipline.)
• You have experience developing sophisticated and usable experiences for web and native apps across a variety of platforms (but primarily iOS and Android mobile devices)
• Excellent knowledge in Swift and/or Kotlin or an appropriate mobile app development-framework
• Ability to quickly pick up new programming languages
• Strong analytical skills
• Organised with the ability to work both with autonomy and as part of a team
• Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
• Any experience with the following would be beneficial: iOS native features, Android native features, backend-to-frontend bridging, django or other web-frameworks, machine learning techniques, cyber security / malware knowledge or cloud computing knowledge (AWS / Azure etc)
• Fluent with social media products usage and basic understanding of Advertising industry is a huge plus

Responsibilities for the role of Graduate Frontend Developer:

• This is a fast-paced and exciting role which deals with problems thrown up by the fast-changing business model transitions in the digital/meta worlds. Responsibilities will include:
• Rapid prototyping of new ideas and ability to integrate and adapt with backend development needs
• Innovate and create ideas to further enhance the frontend software product
• Traditional project based development
• While this is predominantly an iOS-dev and/or Android-dev role, you will be expected to pick up new languages quickly, if a different technology is best suited to a certain project
